Before you pay
Confirm the artwork, its condition and documentation, price, currency, tax treatment, delivery cost and applicable terms. Keep your order reference and the final order details.
A clear record
A completed order should include your artwork details and price, payment confirmation, shipping address, applicable legal documents, support contact and withdrawal information.
Careful delivery
We use the address captured at Checkout. A different address requires the studio to resolve the existing order and arrange a new checkout. Discuss tracked, insured and signed artwork delivery before agreeing to the purchase.
Higher-value orders may have a 24–48 hour review period before dispatch. Payment verification and review must be complete before shipment.
